  This review is based only on an estimate I received. I Received an estimate of over $250 to unclog a toilet and over $400 to unclog a bathtub drain. They were upfront about the price so it wouldn't be fair to give them 1 star, but considering you don't need to be a plumber to snake a toilet, I was surprised by what they sheepishly referred to as their "corporate rates." Needless to say, I'll be calling another plumber or I'll simply teach my tenants how to use a toilet snake.
